Air-Operated Diaphragm Pumps
The ALL-FLO pneumatic pumps are at the forefront in materials and construction technology: in addition to the traditional materials (Polypropylene, PVDF, Conductive Nylon, Aluminum and 316 Stainless Steel), these pumps are available made in virgin PTFE (Teflon) in order to pump high purity liquids, while the stainless steel pumps are also available in the “All Pure” version, with FDA materials in contact with the pumped liquid. The pumps with wide passage “max pass” valves, allow to treat much more dirty and loaded liquids compared to the pumps equipped with the traditional ball valves, while the construction materials of the compressed air distributor eliminates the problem of stall at low working pressures and the icing of the compressed air.
These pumps are used for the transfer of clean, viscous and loaded liquids in the chemical, pharmaceutical, petrochemical, construction, mining, ceramics and “food & beverage” industries.
